From sprawling palaces to swanky condos, LightSide created amazingly luxurious settings for his Sims during The Sims 3 Creator’s Camp. He came to the Camp prepared with pre-drawn floor plans for a sprawling Mediterranean palace that he later titled “Le Grand Palace”. The palace features elegant architecture and structured landscaping.
In addition to the palace LightSide created 4 other homes, including a modern design overlooking the cliffs of Sunset Valley, a Spanish villa with a pool and outdoor fire pit for entertaining guests, and a group of quaint family town homes surrounding a small playground with cherry blossom trees.
It’s no surprise that when asked what he loved the most about The Sims, LightSide replied that building, landscaping and decorating were his primary ways of playing the game. The attention to detail on the architecture and landscaping of these homes is amazing. All of the creations LightSide created during the Camp will be available for download on The Sims 3 Exchange when the game is launched.
